Request for Parking Permit
CAPP provides 5x Parking Cards to adjuncts who have a need to be on-campus. This allows 5
day passes on one card and you can write in the day it is valid for. Additional cards can be
obtained as needed.
If you use the University of Wisconsin Oshkosh parking permit on a regular basis, please fill out
the following request and submit the completed form to:

NOTE: Day specific parking permits will be provided to any adjunct teacher for campus visits
for their class. Please see the Campus Visit Request Form. Also, free parking is provided for the
spring CAPP workshop.
