Issues Discussed:

Regents discussing Tuition dollars and budget (strategic feedback rather than specific. We did
specific cuts, largely achieved through eliminating positions, some filled and some vacant.

Chancellor’s Budget Update

Possibility of getting more stimulus funds

Discussed financial aid and increase in number of Pell grants

Re admissions, discussed that the goal is to get out acceptance letters now so that families can
plan.

Problems in the system with duplicate records, staff are cleaning up.
