New columnists start today in Telegram The Temple Daily Telegram reports that Cal Thomas, the conservative columnist of good notoriety will be come a regular feature for the Temple Daily Telegram. Thomas is best known for his commentary on politics, values and ethics in America. His twice-weekly column appears in more than 450 newspapers. Today it becomes a regular feature on the Temple Daily Telegram's Editorial Page. A persuasive spokesman for traditional views, he is articulate, thoughtful and quick to spot hypocrisy from the right or the left. Whatever his topic — abortion, religious rights, the family, welfare reform, a balanced federal budget, crime, censorship or school choice — Thomas presents crystal-clear arguments.
