A student on suspension may apply for a one-time exception to the suspension policy.
Exceptions are considered once each semester. The following guidelines must be followed to apply for an exception.
1. Make a written request to the Vice President of Educational Services:

2. Explain the cause of your failure to meet minimum academic standards the past semester.
3. Explain what you will do differently this semester which will allow you to meet the minimum academic standards.
4. Explain why it is important for you to obtain this waiver of suspension.
5. Add any information that you think is pertinent to this request.
6. Include a transcript from last institution attended.
7. Be sure to include your full name, address, social security number, Temple College student ID number, and telephone number.
Suspension waiver letters for the 2005 summer semester are due no later than noon Friday, May 20, 2005 . Appeals for the fall, 2005 semester must be in by
Wednesday, July 20, and will be accepted beginning July 5.
You may bring your letter to the office of the Vice President of Educational Services office located on the second floor of the One College Centre building or mail it to
