My appointment at the University of Colorado, Boulder began in the Spring

, giving me 6 ½ years prior to a promotion/tenure decision. I
request that my first semester of service be waived so that my tenure clock
begins in the fall of
. This waiver would change by comprehensive
and promotion/tenure schedule by one year, and provide me with a full 7 year
probationary period. My comprehensive review for reappointment will be
conducted during the
academic year. Following a successful
comprehensive review, my tenure review will occur during the
academic year. I understand that by requesting this waiver, this review schedule
is binding and can not be declined at a later date.
