advise you that the requirements specified in Section 9-8 of the Contract shall be
provided and approved by the Department prior to the final payment.
Any issues should be resolved with the Project Administrator to expedite the processing of
these required documents. The Final Contractor’s Certified Estimate shall accompany all
applicable required documents listed in Section 9-8 of the Contract.
In order for the Department to pay the Final Contractor’s Certified Estimate all the
requirements of Section 9-8 of the Contract shall be met and approved by the
Department.
