Who can attend?
These events are for anyone working in IT in the public sector, from the newest
systems installer or service desk operator to senior managers and heads of IT. Come
and find out more about your profession!
These half-day events will:

Help you understand the role of the Government IT Profession

Introduce you to the benefits of being part of the Profession

Provide an opportunity to network across departments and authorities
The two seminars will be tailored to meet your needs, so please indicate in your
response whether you have any knowledge or previous contact with the Government
IT Profession and if there are any topics you particularly want to hear about.
Travelling
Trains – leave Birchwood Station half hourly during peak periods travelling to
Warrington, Liverpool, Manchester and Manchester Airport.
Bus – regular services from Birchwood Park to Birchwood railway station
and Warrington.
Car – car parking is available at Birchwood, but is not reserved. You may have a
short walk from the car park to the Cabinet Office building.
