Full Text Clauses
12.0 INVENTION DISCLOSURES AND REPORTS (Jun 2010) (Applicable for all
purchase orders/subcontracts. Communication under this clause shall be made through
Lockheed Martin.)
In accordance with the requirements of the Patent Rights Clause of this contract, the
Seller shall submit DD Form 882, Report of Inventions and Subcontracts along with
written disclosure of inventions (including negative reports), to the Subcontract
Representative. The Subcontract Representative will forward such reports and
disclosures directly to the U.S. Government contract administrator.
15.0 TRAVEL AND TRAVEL COSTS (Jun 2010) (Applicable if your contract
requires you to travel under it.)
All travel must be approved in advance in writing by Buyer using MDA Form 110. Any
travel or associated travel costs appearing to be unreasonable, or reflective of an
unfavorable trend, i.e. extended commuting for a duration of more that one month, may
be challenged by Buyer. Accordingly, Seller may be required to submit additional
information or cost-effectiveness analysis in accordance with contract clauses 52.242-1,
Notice of Intent to Disallow Cost and FAR 52.216-7, Allowable Cost and Payment.
17.0 INSURANCE REQUIREMENTS (Jun 2010) (Applicable for all purchase
orders/subcontracts.)
Seller and its subcontractors shall procure and maintain insurance and coverage as listed
below:

United States, who produce evidence of legal authority to be employed in the United
States

FAR Clauses
52.217-2, Cancellation Under Multiyear Contracts (Oct 1997) (Applicable if you have
a multiyear contract. "Contracting Officer" and "Government" means "Lockheed Martin."
In paragraph (e) "1 year" is changed to "six months.")

Fees (Dec 2004) (Applicable if your contract exceeds the simplified acquisition
threshold.)

then Alternate II is also applicable.)

provided to you. Communication with the government under this clause will be made
through Lockheed Martin.)

orders/subcontracts. In paragraph (b) "Contracting Officer" means "Lockheed Martin"
and "45 days" means "60 days.")

(Applicable for all purchase orders/subcontracts with any deliverables of items covered
by this clause.)
