As recommended by Dean Brian Postl, this letter confirms the offer of the position of Associate Dean,
XXX, Faculty of Medicine, University of Manitoba, effective month/day/year to month/day/year. The
remuneration for this Associate Dean position will be $XXX, which includes the standard Associate
Dean/Associate Director stipend in the amount of $XXX and an administrative supplement in the
amount of $XXX. The administrative supplement is provided to offset your loss of clinical earnings
during your period of appointment as Associate Dean. Please note that both the stipend and the
administrative supplement will cease immediately upon completion of your term as Associate Dean,
XXX.
