I'd like to recommend that the President's newly formed Tax Reform
Panel contact Mark Sullivan at the Robert Schalkenbach Foundation to
arrange for a presentation on alternative tax strategy. Basically,
income and sales taxes (both which penalize work and consumption) can
be reasonably eliminated with a gradual increase and reliance on a tax
as outlined by Henry George in 1879.
