I wish to put before the Panel, and document for our children's National Archives,
the most important matters of constitutional abuse, moral outrage, and concern
for the future of this nation, as the Panel ponders whether to continue to impose
upon the People a method of taxation that violates virtually every constitutional
principle and protection provided by the Bill of Rights.
Let the record clearly show that the People know well about the fraud of the
income tax system and the abuse of the IRS under color of law, that we dearly
embrace the rights bestowed upon us by our Creator, and that we are fully
committed to peacefully ending the abuse and restoring Constitutional Order to
the land.
We, the People, know well the true and correct application of the IRS code does
NOT show as taxable the income of a citizen of one of the several States having
ONLY intrastate income. We, the People, know well that the IRS, employing
double-speak and obfuscation, misrepresents the true and correct application of
the Income Tax laws of the United States. We, the People, know well the
intimidation, deception, theft, terror and the destruction of countless lives of
honest, hard-working citizens, foisted on the American Peoples as a result of the

unlawful acts of the IRS.
If this panel does not correct these travesties to justice, let history record that the
fate of the Republic and the freedom of the People were decided by a group of
biased and self-interested parties which included a former IRS Commissioner,
two former U.S. Senators, and a troupe of academicians and experts in law,
economics and finance -- without ever publicly uttering the words “Constitution”
or “Bill of Rights.”
I urge you, members of this Panel, to rectify these injustices, set straight the path
of the Republic and facilitate the bringing to accountability the parties responsible
for these heinous acts against our God-given rights.
Father in heaven, look down on your people, give to us justice and freedom as
you intended and bring to justice all those who trample on those sacred rights
which you bestowed on all mankind. This we ask in Your Son’s name, Jesus
Christ. Amen.
