Subject: When is it "Legal?"
"Everyone" knows that the US tax system is in dire need of being
made more fair, across the board. However, there are fundamental legal
issue(s) involving the US Constitution and weather or not the income
tax was legally ratified. To name just one.
I know that you folks don't want to hear this from "the public."
However, the issue still exists and it will not go away by ignoring it
or bullying those that are putting forth the constitutional arguments.
Forcing the taxes down on people's heads just because the government
has the force to do so has already caused one revolution in our
country. Remember the British and King George? The more force that you
use the greater the likelihood that you will make those people
"martyrs" in due time. Is that how you wish to be remembered?
If the government continues to "run away" from the constitutional
issues involving the US Tax codes and laws, all you folks will be doing
is factually proving the arguments against you. Don't you realize that
it is not just some "fringe element" but a growing grass root movement
that is gaining speed and followers every day? (Slowly but surely)
There are others outside our country that is watching this with
theirown political agendas in mind. This is the very kind of "Big
Brother" government that fuels terrorists and our enemies all over that
world.
To deny to the people of this country the right to petition the
government with legally sound and reasonable (OH YES IT IS!) grievances
and to force "illegal taxation" on the people ...... well, ...... just
reread the Declaration of Independence to get your FACTS about the
foundations of our country and just what the "duties" are for American
citizens when the government over us .... well, .... you get the
picture. At your own peril, continue what your doing.
Ironic isn't it?
If you are truly legally right then why over two years of evading
those people in a proper court of law to address their grievances? The
question on "everyone's mind" is what are you afraid of? What is it
that you are trying so desperately to hide? And, is this today a
government that be truly trusted by anyone?
