I am terriorfied that a member of this pannel is so removed from the
real voting populace, that they would say we have no political will to
end the income tax.
The simple truth is that most elected officials lack the "backbone" to
address the issue. The only benefit of our current system, is
that the government knows that NOONE can understand it.
To
some pervice thinkers, THAT is desirable.
