We Cannot begin to imagine the many chances for increased tax revenue
by
going to a spending tax instead of an earning tax. Tax evaders still
want
to buy the luxury items they now enjoy because of their great knowledge
of
tax evasion, BUT NOW, their pockets will begin the hurt that OURS feel
because of our bearing THEIR load. I'm retired, and don't usually owe
any
tax, but I have to pay an expert each year to tell me I don't owe any
tax.
Congress should have kicked out the lobyist long ago, and fixed this
whole
mess.
One suggestion, no tax on things people need to live.
