President's Advisory Panel on Federal Tax Reform
Re; comments on tax reform
To the honorable panel members,
I wanted to send you a brief note, observing a very simple truth that I believe, as an
American Citizen, you should consider in your recommendations. I realize at least one
option submitted by the Advisory Panel should use the Federal income tax as the base for
its recommended reforms. With this in mind, please consider the following. The current
Federal income tax system was originally intended for “employees and officers” of the
Federal (corporate) government. The only reason that this system is able to subsist, and
have any kind of harmony with the original intent of Article 1, section 8 of the
Constitution, is due to a lack of understanding and knowledge by the general American
public at large, regarding their correct Citizenship status, and the brilliantly implemented
plan involving Social Security, zip codes, voters registration, etc, that classifies citizens
as “federal citizens.” I can assure you, that as a result of the efforts of Americans like
myself and many others, in rapidly increasing numbers, the current invalid system is
being exposed on a broad scale. Therefore, any continuation of the current Federal
income tax system, especially one that would continue to grant and allow any power over
private Citizens by the Gestapo mentality bureaucracy otherwise known as the Internal
Revenue Service, is doomed to fail under the weight of it’s own deception. ANY tax
system that does not qualify under Article 1, Section 8 of the Constitution, indirect,
uniform and apportioned, will not be tolerated by virtue of participation, by Citizens such
as me. The current system, or a flat tax version based on income, is nothing more than a
perpetuation of the same malevolent lie that has existed for several generations. I find
myself wondering if there is anyone in the Federal government that actually cares about
the supreme sacrifices made by our forefathers, in establishing a new democracy, and if
they have forgotten why it was necessary. IF there is, then why would they consider
allowing such sinister violations to continue?
I ask only that you read and consider my comments.
