Author(s) Warranty and Transfer of Copyright Agreement
The author(s) hereby warrants that the manuscript entitled
that has been submitted for publication to International Review of Management and
Business Research–(IRMBR ISSN: 2306-9007), IS ORIGINAL AND HAS NOT
BEEN SUBMITTED FOR PUBLICATION OR PUBLISHED ELSEWHERE.
International Review of Management and Business Research will not accept a manuscript
for which the copyright is held by a third party.
The author(s) in consideration of the publication of the above named manuscript
also agree to the following issues:
1. Author agrees to, and does hereby assign all rights, title and interest, including
copyrights, in and to the manuscript to International Review of Management and
Business Research (Publisher). When the manuscript is ready for publication, it will be
published at authors own expense, under the Publisher's name.
2. Author(s) understand that no royalties or remuneration will be paid by the Publisher to
the author for the above named submitted manuscript. Author(s) submit the
manuscript on a volunteer basis and ready to pay publication fee and owing to the
professional recognition obtained by International Review of Management and
Business Research.
3. The Author agrees that until the publication of the manuscript the Author(s) will not
submit for publication to any other publisher, any work on the same subject that might
affect the sale of the manuscript.
4. The publisher will have the right to edit the work for the original edition and for any
revision.
5. In the case of acceptance of the manuscript, the Publisher will inform the Author or
the main Author about the date when the article will be published.

6. In case the manuscript is proved to have been an act of plagiarism, the Author(s)
will be solely held liable for this and they will be held responsible according to
the current International/National legislation in force. Furthermore, the manuscript
under focus will be erased from the Publisher’s site and the Author(s) will no longer
have the right to submit and to publish in future in the International Review of
Management and Business Research. Moreover, the Author(s)’ act will be discussed
in the meetings organized at the level of the Department they belong to, in the
Executive Board, the Senate and the Ethics Committee of International Review of
Management and Business Research. In case the Authors belong to another institution,
the Publisher will provide all details to his institution.
7. This Agreement is governed by the International laws concerning copyright.
8. This Agreement represents the entire understanding between the parties hereto
with respect to the subject matter hereof and this Agreement supersedes all previous
agreements, oral or written, between the parties.
9. This Agreement shall be binding upon the parties hereto, their heirs, successors,
assigns and personal representatives.

The Contract clinches ONLY after the Author(s) receive(s) from the Editor the
ACCEPTANCE response of the manuscript by the scientific control.
The Author Warranty and Transfer of Copyright Agreement can be submitted as
