All members present were in favor of the motion. Motion carried. Oliver will draft the Issue Submission for SGOC and bring it to the next meeting for approval. Health and Safety Action Plan: Suggestion was made to review the plans that are already in place and decide which plans are missing. Southwell suggested that the Gap Analysis Report by TriMedia may help with this. He will send this to committee members. Yeadon suggested the group look at programs available on Wombus platform to address some of the potential training issues related to the action plan needs. She will send a link to committee members for review. Discussion about how much of the committee work would become part of the new Chemical Hygiene Officer’s job description. Most of the duties are housed in the Physical Plant currently. Oliver to inquire about the hire date for this person.
