You are an event planner at a large lodging
establishment. You have received a call
concerning a wedding reception for 500 guests.
The reception will
include a
combination bar,
dance, live
entertainment, and
the usual reception
amenities.

The reception will immediately be followed by a
banquet for 350 close friends and relatives. Dinner
will be served; the wedding couple and two sets of
grandparents will be the guests of honor.
The banquet will
include live
entertainment, an
open bar, and
optional dancing.
The family and friends will need overnight
lodging accommodations for 400.
The newlyweds
will need the
honeymoon suite.
The request is to
have all of the
rooms as close as
possible.
