Objective: Students will use KidPix to make an Earth Day Picture
Procedure:
 Double click on the KidPix icon to start the program.
 You should see a blank "paper" in front of you.
 Click on the ‘Running Dog’ to access alphabet stamps
 Stamp "EARTH" on blank paper
 Have them think of something that starts with each letter of the word Earth.
Example: E=earth, A=animals R=recycling, T=trash, H=help.
 Now click on the ‘T’ to access the typewriter. Click beside each letter and type
the words
 Then have students create a border by stamping earth symbols around the page.
 Also, use stamps to stamp pictures for the examples.
 Save and print
