PRODUCT EVALUATION
Buy a variety of different meat products (steaks) from a local grocery store that vary in
size of muscle, degree of marbling, and fat thickness. Purchase some ribeyes if possible.
Number each piece of meat. Have the students look at each piece of meat and answer the
following questions:
