With whom does the sentinel work?
· The President-To make sure that order is maintained in the
meeting room and to communicate special needs for the meeting
room or for guest speakers. To understand the objective of
meetings so that meaningful fellowship opportunities can be
created.
· The Vice President-Sharing of guest information so that the
sentinel may properly greet guests. To communicate any special
needs or set-up requirements for special meetings or activities.
To communicate the purpose of special meetings so that
meaning fellowship opportunities can be created.
· The Secretary-To share contact information of guest speakers
and others donating time to the chapter so that thank you letters
can be written. To maintain and share a list of Community
Partners.
· The Treasurer- To generate a budget for materials needed for
fellowship opportunities, supplies for guest speakers and those
needed to keep the meeting room in order.
· The Reporter- To generate biographies of honored guests. To
communicate the objective of meetings so that fellowship
opportunities can be properly recorded. To communicate
special set-up needs for reporting opportunities.
