Service Clubs/Classes Getting Involved:
*Fashion Club collected about 30 pairs of shoes for the “Soles for Souls” Drive.
*HERO, DECA, and FCCLA collected 117 pies, 3 turkeys, and an assortment
of canned food items for St. Vincent de Paul for Thanksgiving.
*NHS sponsored a school canned food drive and
donated 901 lbs. of food to the United Food Bank,
which is enough to feed 704 people.
*Several Social Studies teachers and the HERO
classes are adopting families for the holidays.
*AFJROTC is collecting items to send to military
troops as part of the “Building Better Citizens for Tomorrow” campaign.
Announcements:
*Consider donating to the Dobson Charities fundraiser this holiday season to
help Dobson families in need.
*Ms. Schoof’s design and merchandising class made quilts and pillows with
grant money and delivered them to the Save the Family Foundation.
