Our business has the opportunity to increase the security of our data and bring down costs, by
utilizing Enterprise File Synchronization and Sharing Services (EFSS). EFSS allows us to enjoy all the
benefits of cloud storage, but with the protect we need to secure our data safely. Enterprise File
Synchronization and Sharing is the solution to a more efficient and lucrative business.
EFSS provides the satisfaction and efficiency of cloud storage capabilities while providing all the
security measures we need to protect our classified data from leaks or threats. Our data is stored in a
“private cloud” that can be accessed only by authorized users and by all mobile devices securely. The
three architectural approaches will allow us flexibility to choose between a pure cloud, off-premise or
hybrid EFSS solution to match our business needs. EFSS enhances our business operations by cutting
down data access lag time through the cloud, and more innovative collaboration features.
Eliminating the old infrastructure of data storage will allow us to have a head count reduction
and reduce costs related to data storage and security. This savings can provide a means of investing
elsewhere to further enhance our firm. The increase in productivity and performance of our employees
will allow us to better satisfy our customers, bringing us more revenue. The costs related to this service
are very reasonable, as much as 16 terabytes for as little as $799.99 a month. Enterprise File
Synchronization and Sharing Services is the answer to safely securing our data, while eliminating costs
and making us more profitable.
