Educational Leadership Licensure Exams On February 1, 2003 the State of Indiana began requiring school administrator candidates to pass the School Leadership Licensure Assessment before qualifying for the School Administration/Building Level Administrative license. Initially, the Indiana qualifying score for this test was 158. On January 1, 2005 the qualifying score changed to 165. So far, we have had 69 candidates take this test. All 69 have passed this test at the appropriate passing score for a 100% pass rate.
