Determine the extent to which representatives of all school stakeholders were meaningfully
involved in the process that produced the current school vision and mission statements.
Determine the extent to which student achievement data were used to develop the school
vision and mission statements.
Determine the extent to which data are used to assess the progress of the school toward
achieving the vision and mission.
Critique the process used to create the vision/mission statements.
Indicate what you have done or what you recommend be done to improve the process for
developing and/or revising the school’s vision/mission statements, so that there is an increased use
