Hello, I received your product a few weeks ago. It has worked great but has already
started to rip. It has also gone from yellow to a sickly green-yellow color. It was working
but not for long. I think I have a reasonable solution.
I would appreciate if you sent me another Sham-Wow. Also, if you do not mind, I think
you should look into it so this kind of thing does not happen again. I understand how
busy you must be so I thank you for your time and patience in reading this letter.
