Issues:
1. NNUN REU's have Monday meetings from 1-2. EE REU's have Tuesday meetings from 9:30-11.
Some EE REU's won't show up until Tuesday.
2. Video hand-off. Mike: can I have Vidya Chandar get the Silicon Run I and Chemistry in the
Cleanroom videos from you for Wednesday's viewing?
3. James will be coordinating the lab practices sessions. He will need at least two people (including
himself, as needed) to help with each session. Any volunteers? (Other than Mahnaz, Uli, and Jeannie?
Sharleen may be available -- James, let me know if you'd like her help.)
4. Mahnaz will coordinate All-Litho and Hands-on Litho training sessions. Uli, of course, will hold
sessions. Again, Sharleen may be available -- will you need her help?
