2nd Quarter Individual Assignments
Homework 1 –
Reflect on your relationship with God. This may be a prayer from your own faith tradition or you
may choose a prayer that reflects your spirituality. If you chose a formal prayer include a
paragraph beneath it explaining why this prayer reflects your spirituality.
In place of a prayer you may also write a one- paragraph question you have for God. Be sure to
explain why you are asking God this question. You may write this question in the form of a
prayer.
2nd Quarter Group Project –
Create newspaper that focuses on the Infancy Narratives. Each student is required to submit a
draft of their part of the project. The draft will count as a quiz grade. Each group member is
responsible for research, write and type one news story and one additional part of the
newspaper. This project will be presented in class.

Class Work #1: (Handbook). Type the vocabulary words from Chapters 2 – 5. This assignment will be

on the idea that God was willing to take the radical step of becoming fully human in order to
communicate to us. What are some signs of God’s love in your life?
