We had over 90% attendance for our families. We are sending home some important papers for your family to see and complete. If you have students in grades K-2 you should see and read a letter about “Move on When Reading” that will likely be change for students across Arizona due to a law that has been implemented. Parents of students in grades 1 and 2 got other letters about this change during the past two years. Also, parent surveys are coming out. Please let us know how we are doing and if there are areas to improve. Please complete this form in pencil. There is a comments section on the back that can completed in English or Spanish. We will be sending them out this week so please complete them and return them to school. Students in 5th grade will complete a version as well to give us a student’s view of Edison. Finally, there is a letter about safety coming to families that reviews what we do as a school and how we ask you to follow our procedures when you come to campus. We will be planning a safety night in the spring for families to connect our efforts with community resources.
