1. Bid Sheets:
Please see the attached updated Bid Sheet Replacement Pages.
a. Group 2 – FRONTROW (Formerly Calypso) item numbers have been updated.
b. Group 6 – Document Cameras has been updated to correct part numbers to the HoverCam items as well as
add lines that include a mandatory 5-Year Warranty.
2. Questions:
a. Question: Please provide clarification on the samples requirement. I am interpreting the language to state
that bidders must supply a sample of each item bid as a requirement for award, but I’m thinking it’s on a case
by case basis based on member requests should them come about. Can you clarify this requirement?
Answer:
Samples are only required when requested by any member or associate member district.
b. Question: I saw no bond requirements on Page 1. Want to confirm there is no requirement within this
solicitation.

Question: Must the original and first revised version addendum of the price sheet be included in the bid, or
can we replace the original price list with version 3.

Only include the sheets from the latest Amendment (Currently Amendment 4).
d. Question: In regard to this bid, we will not be bidding on all the items. How should we fill out the columns
for Price and Extension for those items we are not bidding?
Answer:
A notation of No Bid is sufficient for any items you are not bidding.
e. Question: Can you please tell me what addendas need to be attached to the bid? Do they have to be
included if they do not pertain to our products?

Will the awarded vendor for the Percentage off page be able to charge freight.

As listed in the Special Provisions; MINIMUM ORDERS: Districts are encouraged to place
minimum orders of $100.00; however this is not always possible. For orders under $100.00 the vendor shall
have the option to assess a freight/delivery charge not to exceed the actual delivery cost to the vendor.
Please take this into account when assessing what percentage off your company will be offering.

Question: Does the “percentage off of catalog” refer to an across-the-board discount from the Majufacurer’s
catalog pricing? Or does this refer to a catalog for the specific reseller that is making the bid? My company
does not publish its own catalog. Tn this case, in order to complete the Percentage Off sheet, do we simply
provide a discount from each manufacturer’s current published list price?
