OU Choir Annual General Meeting 2015: Thursday 1st October

Memorandum
The Annual General Meeting of the Choir will take place on Thursday October 1st at 1.30pm in the church
following a shortened rehearsal which will begin at the normal time of 1.00pm. The agenda is available
on the OU website together with the minutes of the last AGM held in October 2014 and a copy of the
accounts for the financial year 2014/2015 and the previous year 2013/2014.
The current membership of the Choir Committee is listed below. Elected officers need to be re-elected
each year.
All the other current officers named below are willing to re-stand for election if no other nominations are
received. Any nominations should be sent to me before the AGM.

committee. Liz Camp has the role of Orchestra Manager in addition to her role as Chair.
