Sen. Guerra: Section 1302.3B should be applied to both Executive and Judicial branches as well
as Legislative as 1303.1C. Is it overstepping our power or are there other areas we would have
to change other areas of legislation for it to be valid?

Sen. Kontol: Motion to suspend Roberts Rules of Order. Second. Passes 7-0-0.

Sen. Harvel: Change 1303.1A-C to state “The Government Oversight Committee shall interview
all…”

Sen. Pino: 1303.1.C.a should be changed to “…no later than three (3) business days prior to the
next regularly scheduled GO Committee meeting.”
