Call to Order at 5:30 with 8 voting members.

Roll Call

Agenda:

Motion to add guest speaker Haley Guerra to the agenda. Second.

Motion to approve agenda. Second. Moved.
IV.
Guest speaker:

Haley Guerra. New Attorney General to hopefully be confirmed this week.
Discussing the opportunity for Aim Higher on February 26th in Tallahassee
with a free transportation.
V.
New Business:

Due to disqualifications there may not be an election.

Motion to suspend Roberts Rules. Second. Moved.

February 27th – presidential forum (No debate) Boat house at 2PM

Even if all candidates appeal their disqualifications there still isn’t enough to
have an election.

Any issues with applications can be brought up next meeting: Think of
anything you would like to change, think over for the next 2 weeks. Possibly
move it online.

In case there is an election: Is everyone okay with polling stations in front of
the library and in the student union? Yes. (At least two student government
officials must be present at all times)


Motion to reinstate Roberts Rule. Second. Moved.
Announcements:

Homecoming week! Please go out and support it is run by student
government.

