Housing Clubhouse
- Ajax Construction has been awarded the contract for CM.
- The GMP for Phase I was approved.
- The fence will be up by the end of the week to prepare the site.
- A completion date is set for August 2014.

Greek Housing
- Meetings were held with the fraternities on their financial plans to afford Greek Housing.
- Will propose a new plan for sororities.
4.
Interfaith Chapel at the Sanctuary
- The consultants are preparing the preliminary designs to be submitted at the end of May.
- The name has been changed for legislative purposes to Student Assembly/Performance
Hall.
- Unfortunately the legislature did not approve bonding of CITF fees so we will continue
with design only at this point.

Chick-fil-A Build Out
- Contracted with Batson-Cook.
- Completion is scheduled for Aug 2013.

Athletic Facilities Mini-Master Plan
- A consultant has been hired to facilitate and prepare an athletic/recreation facilities minimaster plan.

Honors & Undergraduate Studies
- If the Confucius Institute does not materialize, Undergraduate Studies and Honors would
like to move to Building 10.
8.
Skinner-Jones Hall North (Building 4)
- We were appropriated $4.0M for renovations to Skinner-Jones Hall North. We will
program the building and design. There is not enough money for construction.
