Did You Know?
Avoid waiting in line by paying your tuition
online; there’s no additional fee if you pay
with a checking or savings account!
Here’s how:
1. Log into myWings, then Student tab
2. Select “View & Pay My Bill”
3. Click “Make a Payment” and follow
the prompts
You can pay online with a credit card (no
VISA) and there is a convenience fee for
paying by credit card. Follow the steps
above.

FASTER?
Sign up for direct deposit in 4 easy steps:
1. Log into myWings, student tab
2. Select “View & Pay My Bill”
Important Dates:
o Tuition
for Summer B is due
by 5:00 p.m. on July 7th
o The 2nd payment for the ½ and
½ plan is due July 22nd
o Financial Aid will expire on July
8th and no longer defer your
tuition
o Fall
2011
August 1st
Housing
is
due
To avoid long lines and wait times
please make your payment before
July 7th.

HAVE FLORIDA PREPAID?
Be sure to check your account and
balance on myWings regularly:
The process is automatic; no need to
show us your card. Florida Prepaid will
show as estimated financial aid on ‘View
& Pay My Bill’ and we invoice them after
the drop/add period. Florida Prepaid does
not pay all local fees, so be sure to check
your account for any balance you may
have.
1. Log into myWings, student tab
2. Select “View & Pay My Bill”
3. Look at the “Current Balance
Including Financial Aid”
a. If the figure is positive?—you
owe that amount by the
deadline
b. If the figure is negative—no
payment due now

Filling out the FAFSA and other required
documentation correctly is critical to your
success in obtaining financial aid
HAVE OTHER CHARGES?
Federal financial aid cannot pay
miscellaneous
charges
(such
as
orientation and late fees) unless you
authorize us to do so. If you have charges
and do not authorize, you need to pay
them and your account will be placed on
hold until they are paid. Your refund will
also be delayed. Follow these steps to
complete the authorization:
1. Log into myWings, Student tab
2. Select “Student Self Service”
3. Select “Online Forms”
4. Select “Financial Aid Authorization”
and follow the prompts
