National Professional Health Education Honorary
Our Purpose is to:
• Enhance professional competence and dedication of individual
members to the health education profession
• Elevate the standards, ideals, competence and ethics of
professionally trained men and women in and for the Health
Science discipline
Our objectives are:
• To become acquainted with and enjoy the fellowship of students
and faculty whose professional interests are dedicated to the Health
Education discipline,
• To allow the resources for hands on experience and skill building in
health education and promotion,
• To keep members informed of recent trends in health education,
and
• To promote professional growth and leadership.

How to Join ESG:
• Be in the Community Health or Masters in Public Health Programs
• Complete application
• Have an upper level GPA of at least a 3.0
• Turn in the application, along with a copy of your degree evaluation,
and a check for $75
