The Student Investment Group is a group created to provide select business and accounting students with a hands-on investment
experience through management of a portion of the Houghton College endowment. Applications are reviewed by the faculty.
Students are selected to participate based on classroom performance, academic background, and potential for contribution
to the group. Selected students will be expected to enroll in the ½ or 1 hour Security Analysis & Portfolio Management course.
Completed applications should be submitted to Professor Richard Halberg:
by March 15 for the Fall semester and by October 15 for the Spring semester.
