• Provide excellent customer service to Google’s advertisers

• Thoroughly analyse ad content, quality and accuracy

• Troubleshoot existing advertising campaigns & technical problems

• Respond to customer service inquiries by email

• Optimise advertiser keyword lists and ads in order to maximise ROI

• Consistently monitor, emails, customer feedback and satisfaction

• Detail oriented, with ability to multi-task and complete a large volume of work quickly.

• Ability to work cooperatively and effectively as part of a high-performing team.
