The Responsibility of a Conscious Decision.

This paper focuses on the responsibility of deciding to bring children into the world. The
implications involving in reproducing are great. Many of these implications affect the
environment. These effects are especially felt in a world that is already suffering
ecologically. Not only does the world suffer, but individuals suffer as well.
The main thesis in the paper is that in order to maintain emotional, material, and spiritual
resources, humans need to put an end to excessive reproduction. The topics include
conformity, mending relationships, the depletion of natural resources, encouraging
harmony and balance, and moderation.
