Regional Science & Engineering Fair Schedule 2016
FRIDAY, FEBRUARY 19
4:00-7:00pm
FAIR SIGN-IN & PROJECT SET-UP
Science & Technology Building 3rd Floor Atrium and Laboratory Rooms 333,
336, 339 and 342
We encourage you to come to the Science and Technology building on Friday
evening. There you will need to sign-in at our registration desk so we can
confirm your arrival. We will also check to ensure that you have registered with
all the proper documentation to allow your student to compete. Please confirm
that you have all the proper documentation prior to coming to sign-in because
there is a possibility that without the proper documentation: 1) it will take us
much longer to register and set-up your student’s projects, or 2) your student’s
project may not be compliant and therefore will not be able to compete. Once
you sign-in and registration is confirmed, your students may then set-up their
projects in the appointed location. We will also have undergraduate students
from the ECU Science, Mathematics and Technology Education Department
circulating around the displays should your student like to give a “dry-run” of
their presentation in the evening. Please let us know this during sign-in and we
will accommodate you.
