JOIN NCAAHPERD
IF YOU NEED TO JOIN NCAAHPERD:
…and you are already a member (so really you are renewing)
1) go to www.ncaahperd.org and
2)click "member login" and
3)put in email to get CASE SENSITIVE username and password to access their accounts.
4)Then they simply renew for $10 “online” w/ Visa or MasterCard or "offline" and send in check.
5)Print the last page twice---one for your records and one to send in with check IF you click "offline
transaction."
IF YOU ARE JOINING NCAAHPERD FOR THE FIRST TIME:
1) go to www.ncaahperd.org and
2) click on “join” at the top of the page
3) Choose between an on-line (Visa/Mastercard) transaction or an Offline transaction (check, money
order—NO CASH).
4) Print the last page twice---one for your records and one to send in with check IF you click "offline
transaction."
5) Keep copy of last page for your records (and you will need to make a copy for Dr. Espinosa if in 3900).
Two copies (see #4) if you choose to send in a check. Just keep one copy if you use Visa/MasterCard .
