Why I choose this topic
I choose this subject because I enjoy doing
ict and i wondered how much it was being
used in different subjects and at home. I
was also interested in what students
thought about ICT usage.
Introduction
The purpose of this research study is to understand
how ICT is used in Year 6 lessons at Oxley Park Primary
School .e.g.




How often it is used?
What is it used for?
In what lesson is it used most?
How does it compare to other ways of gathering information e.g.
there were 14 students in my study

My conclusion
• My data shows that children want a lot
more time on the computers
• The children also found the computers
very useful in the lessons that they were
needed
• My data also shows which lessons needed
the computers and why.
