Reviewed Authority & Jurisdiction in draft code of 3/20/09
- added “adjacent to premises”
Began discussion of how charges are addressed.
Andi to provide draft that reflects current practice and best practice. Disregard text in attached 3/27 draft.
Andi recommended consideration of a Good Samaritan component that she noted in CWU’s code.
