HEC Paris and the Management School of the Getulio Foundation in Brazil unveils new double Master Degree Jouy-en-Josas, June 17th 2009 The Management School of the Getulio Foundation – Escola de Administração de Empresas de São Paulo de la Fondation Getulio Vargas (FGV-EAESP) – and HEC Paris have recently introduced a new Double Degree Program, which builds on the schools’ 30-year collaboration in graduate student and faculty exchange and in managerial training in Paris and São Paulo. French businesses located in Brazil and Brazilian businesses located in France are in desperate need of Management graduates capable of working in both countries, and in three languages, Portuguese, French and English. The agreement was signed in Paris by Carlos Ivan Simonsen Leal, President of the Getulio Argas Foundation and Bernard Ramanantsoa, Dean of HEC Paris, in the presence of Xavier Cornu, Head of the Chamber of Commerce and Industry in Paris under the patronage of Mauricio Bustani, Brazilian Ambassador to France. Students following the program will receive a double degree: Master of Sciences in Management from HEC Paris, and the Brazilian Degree in International Management – Mestrado Profissional Em Gestao Internacional.
