SharePoint is a set of web tools that allow companies to efficiently manage documents through collaboration. Employees can communicate and share information with ease. Delegated team assignments can be managed through one library where PMPs can share and collaborate on documents. In addition, PMPs will be able to see all past and current versions of a file. Microsoft SharePoint will reduce backload by allowing PMPs to work efficiently and spend more time with customers. The investment over a three-year period will cost $253,750 due to hardware and software purchase, maintenance, administration, and support. PMPs charge $175 per hour so an increase in billable hours from 1500 to 1900 will yield a benefit of $2,100,000 over a three-year period.
