Explanation: This form is for use by 4-H Horse Project Members who own the horse they
intend to exhibit at the Ogle County 4-H Fair or Illinois State Fair 4-H Horse
Show of a given year. This agreement must be on file in the Ogle County
Extension Office by May 1st in order for the 4-Her specified to exhibit the
identified animal. 4-Hers who plan to lease the horse they will be exhibiting
should complete the Ogle County 4-H Horse Lease Agreement form instead.
