The “Top 4-H President of the Year Award” will be presented at 4-H Achievement Day.
Nomination forms must be completed by a club leader. The President must
demonstrate:
 How they have contributed to the 4-H Club;
 Their ability to lead while helping other club members to develop as youth
leaders by encouraging the “youth-run” philosophy;
 That they have motivated members to participate;
 That they led the meetings and facilitated order during the meetings.
