The “Top 4-H President (Co)/Vice President of the Year Award” will be presented at
4-H Achievement Night. Nomination forms must be completed by a club leader. The
President (Co)/Vice President must demonstrate:
 How they have contributed to the 4-H Club;
 Their ability to lead while helping other club members to develop as youth
leaders by encouraging the “youth-run” philosophy;
 That they have motivated members to participate;
 That they led the meetings and facilitated order during the meetings.
NOTE: Both the President (Co) and the Vice President must be nominated.

achievements/participation in each of the following areas. Use examples when possible.
