Amazing Cookies
2 ¼ cup all purpose flour
1 ½ cup oatmeal
1 tsp. baking powder
½ tsp. salt
1 cup unsalted butter, softened
1 cup sugar
½ cup brown sugar
2 Large eggs
2 tsp. vanilla extract
1 cup butter scotch chips
1 cup semi-sweet chocolate chips
Preheat oven to 300 degrees F.
In a medium bowl mix flour, baking powder, salt, and oatmeal together.
In a large bowl cream butter, eggs and both sugars. Beat the eggs in one at a time. Stir in
vanilla extract. Gradually mix in the flour mixture, then add butterscotch and chocolate
chips. Drop dough about 3 inches apart on an ungreased baking sheet. Bake for 15-20
minutes for regular cookies, 26 minutes for monster cookies or until light brown. Let cool
for 2-3 minutes, then ENJOY!
