Activity: Brown Bag Guessing – One veggie per bag…e.g. pepper, tomato, onion,
or lime. Have a Touching Tray so students can look with their eyes and hands at
all the ingredients after hand washing.

Activity: Use CD, to a song: 1-up and down; 2-march in place; 3-pick apples; 4pull carrots. “Hot potato, Hot tomato” with Seedies. Use games from Fruit and
Vegetable Fun book (physical activity games with seedies). Play a CD with
